Psychological wellbeing for international teams

PWI designs psychologist-led wellbeing programmes for multicultural, remote and high-pressure teams. We combine practical psychological skills, cultural sensitivity and clear routes to further support.

Online or in person, adapted to your organisation’s needs, working language and team context.

Why this matters

Support before stress becomes long-term absence

International teams often work across languages, cultures, time zones and changing environments. Relocation, uncertainty and sustained responsibility can add pressure that is easy to miss until someone is already struggling.

A one-off lecture may create awareness. Meaningful change needs practice, continuity and a safe way to ask for more support.

How it works

A clear process from first conversation to follow-up

01

Understand

We clarify your context, priorities, team structure and the pressures people are facing.

02

Design

We recommend a focused format, working language and delivery plan rather than a generic package.

03

Deliver

PWI psychologists and facilitators lead the agreed programme online, in person or in a blended format.

04

Review

We gather non-identifying feedback, reflect on what was useful and suggest proportionate next steps.

Confidential by design

Personal support stays personal

Participation in personal support is not a performance assessment. Employees are never required to disclose the content of a private conversation to their employer.

When evaluation is included, the organisation receives only aggregate, non-identifying feedback about the programme.

PWI workplace programmes do not replace emergency, psychiatric or regulated clinical care. When another form of support is more appropriate, we help clarify the next step.

Who we work with
