01 · BAT-12 self-check
What happens to your answers
While you complete the self-check, your answers are held temporarily only in the memory of the current browser tab. The component calculates an overall score and four scales directly on your device.
PWI does not receive
Your answers to the 12 statements, overall score, individual scale scores or assigned result zone.
The component does not use
A server endpoint, form submission, localStorage or its own cookies to save your answers.
02 · Website and analytics
How the website works
The website is hosted on Framer. When any web page loads, the hosting infrastructure may process standard technical information, such as your IP address and device and browser details, in order to deliver the page and keep it secure.
Framer’s built-in analytics may show PWI aggregated information about visits: page views, referral source and UTM parameters, approximate country, device type, browser and operating system. According to Framer, this analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers.
Technical data about loading the page does not include your selected answers, calculated score or scale profile.
03 · Contact, email and booking
Contacting or booking with PWI
When you email PWI or book through Calendly, we process the contact and scheduling details you provide. PWI does not save screening answers or results through the website, and your BAT-12 result is never attached automatically.
Email is handled through Microsoft 365 and booking data through Calendly. These providers process limited personal data so that PWI can receive your message and arrange the requested conversation.
Your name or preferred form of address, contact details, preferred language and a short description are sufficient. If you choose to share health or wellbeing information, PWI uses it only to respond or arrange the support you request and limits access to the relevant professional.
04 · Transparency
How PWI handles personal data
05 · Your rights
You remain in control
When PWI does store your personal data — for example, an email received from you — you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing, where the relevant right applies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
You cannot ask PWI to retrieve or delete your BAT-12 result because PWI does not receive it. To remove the result from your screen, simply refresh or close the page.
If an issue cannot be resolved directly with PWI, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
